Acceptance of terms

By using the Soufra platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of the service

Soufra provides an all-in-one platform for restaurants that enables a digital menu, a branded page, reservation management, and a live waiting queue. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

Eligibility & accounts

• The service is intended for restaurant owners and licensed businesses; users must be of legal age and capacity to enter into contracts.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Owner responsibilities

• Publishing lawful content that does not violate applicable laws of the Kingdom.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the menu, prices, opening hours, and displayed information.
• Handling your diners’ data responsibly and obtaining their necessary consent when collecting it through the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights or intellectual property of others, or to engage in abusive use, attempts to compromise platform security, or unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

Soufra owns all rights in the platform, its software, designs, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as menus and images) and grant Soufra a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

Subscriptions & fees

• Subscription fees are charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR) according to the selected plan and the stated billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes or statutory charges are added where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, payments, and email). We are not responsible for those parties’ services or policies, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Service availability & changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the service, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or continuity.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soufra shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Soufra harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of the rights of others.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that may harm us or other users. You may also stop using the service at any time, subject to the terms of your chosen plan.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of [المدينة / City], Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to terms
